Hi, I'm Nick Mantegna, play by play broadcaster with Villanova University. I announce college sports for The Villanova Sports Network, Villanova's official online TV Network.
 
My concentration is the olympic sports beat. It's hard to put into words how much I love calling various sports like Womens soccer and Mens lacrosse. The coaches and players in the industry remain a big part of my journey thanks to their great support. I find great joy in calling mens soccer, softball, womens volleyball, baseball, womens basketball and field hockey.
 
I also call College Football for Flo Sports TV Network and have been announcing football since 2013.
 
Being a TV broadcaster for the Big East Digital Network since 2014 affords me the opportunity to call soccer, womens basketball, lacrosse, softball, baseball and volleyball. It's such a blast to work with great analysts.
 
I'm a graduate of Penn State University and attended all 4 years at the University Park Campus. During my time at Penn State, I served as a student play by play broadcaster with The Lion 90.7 FM, WKPS-FM for 2 years. Calling football, mens basketball and baseball were among the highlights during my student radio days. I also was the director of the Lion 90.7 FM for 1 season, hosting a daily sports talk show called "The Lion Sportblitz."
